We want every acquisition from Lankaratna to be one you are entirely confident in. Our return terms vary slightly by item type, outlined below.

Loose Gemstones

Loose gemstones may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the stone is unset, unaltered, and returned in the same condition it was sent. We strongly recommend against setting a stone with any jeweller until you are certain of your purchase, as a set or altered stone cannot be accepted for return.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Jewellery

Bespoke commissions carry a 14 day review window once delivered. Because these pieces are made specifically for you, we reserve the right to adjust return terms for unusual commissions or extended production timelines, and will always agree this with you in writing before work begins.

How to Arrange a Return

Please contact us before returning any item, so that we can issue a return authorisation and provide shipping instructions. Items returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.
