We ship worldwide from Colombo, with most ready-to-view stones despatched within one to two business days of confirmation. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces vary in production time, and we will always confirm a realistic timeline before you commit to an order.
All shipments are insured for their full value and sent by trackable courier, with a signature required on delivery. Once a package has been signed for, responsibility for the item passes to the recipient - we recommend having someone available to receive high-value deliveries in person.
Most international deliveries arrive within five to ten business days, with expedited options available for time-sensitive orders. Remote delivery locations may carry an additional courier surcharge, which we will always disclose before shipping.
Deliveries between our Colombo, Kandy, and Negombo houses, or to a client address within Sri Lanka, are typically completed within one to three business days, fully insured.
