Security & Fraud Policy

We take the security of every transaction seriously, whether conducted online, by phone, or in person at one of our houses.

Order Security

We verify billing and shipping information on every order, and reserve the right to decline any transaction where details cannot be confirmed. Payment for custom orders is not processed until confirmed with the client directly.

Visiting Our Houses

All visits to our Colombo, Kandy, or Negombo houses require an appointment made in advance. Visitors are asked to bring a valid photo identification document, consistent with the security standards expected of a house handling gemstones of significant value.

Reporting Concerns
